Below is a selection of helpful resources to all students pursuing a Master’s of Science in Nursing degree. Whether studying to be a nurse anesthesist, nurse practitioner, or clinical nurse specialist, the following resources will be beneficial as you proceed along the path to an advanced degree.
The extensive list of nursing journals will aid the student by providing an additional resource to enhance their knowledge. Writing research papers is common while pursuing an advanced degree. When composing these papers, nursing research databases are extremely useful in locating pertinent studies. Conferences are a critical component of a nursing career and offer students the ability to get their feet wet and begin to network with fellow students and nurses. The final goal for most Master’s of Science in Nursing students is board certification. Review courses have been proven to increase the likelihood of successful board certification exams.
